Entering into a Factoring Agreement for supply financing with Santander Factoring Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw.

The Management Board of Answear.com SA (hereinafter the "Company") informs that on September 8, 2022 the Company has entered into a Supply Financing Factoring Agreement with Santander Factoring Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Factor"), pursuant to which the Factor undertakes to provide factoring services in the form of Confirming to the Company on a permanent basis.

The financing limit equivalent to PLN 10 million was granted for the period until August 31, 2023.

The limit could be used by the Company in the following currencies: PLN, EUR, USD.

The agreement is secured by:

1. A statement of submission to execution in the form of a notarial deed,

2. Irrevocable power of attorney to the bank account in Santander Bank Polska SA with its registered office in Warsaw.
