The Management Board of Answear.com Spółka Akcyjna with its seat in Cracow, at: Aleja Pokoju 18, 31-564 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000816066, ("Company"), notifies that on October 19, 2022 the Company received a notification pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies of July 29, 2005 from Forum X Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, with its registered seat in Krakow, regarding changes in the share capital and the total number of votes in the Company.
