Changes in the share capital and the total number of votes in the Company

The Management Board of Answear.com Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Cracow, at: Aleja Pokoju 18, 31-564 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000816066, ("Company"), notifies that on October 19, 2022 the Company received a notification from the parties to the agreement referred to in Article 87 (1) (5) of the Act on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies of July 29, 2005, concerning a change in their share in the Company's share capital and total number of votes.
