Appointment of the Vice President of the Management Board

The Management Board of Answear.com SA with its seats in Cracow, at: Aleja Pokoju 18, 31-564 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Cracow, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000816066, ("Company"), notifies that on November 8, 2022, the Company's Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Jacek Dziaduś as Vice President of the Management Board for Finance, effective from December 1, 2022.

Mr. Jacek Dziaduś graduated from Cracow University of Economics in 2004 (Master's degree), Finance and Banking, specialization: Corporate Finance. In 2002, he obtained the title of European Master of Business Science at Ecole Superieure de Commerce (Le Havre, France). In 2009, he obtained the professional title of Certified Public Auditor. From 2017 to 2020, he was a member of the Management Team at Nowy Styl UK Ltd.

 

 

His professional experience was gained while working for the following entities:

1) Nowy Styl Group Sp. z o.o., primarly (in 2010-2012) as financial and accounting consultant, responsible for controlling of the group companies and supervising ERP system implementation projects, and in the period between 2013-2020 as Director of Controlling and Accounting Department - International Markets being responsible for supervision of controlling and accounting areas for foreign companies of the Nowy Styl capital group, taking part in M_amp;A projects and integration of subsidiaries after completed acquisitions.

2) KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o., where he worked in the Audit Department from 2004 to 2010, responsible for auditing financial statements according to Polish and international accounting standards.

From September 2020, Mr. Jacek Dziaduś holds the position Answear.com SA, as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the Company's finance, accounting and controlling functions.

Mr. Jacek Dziaduś declared that he is not engaged in any kind of competitive activity, does not participate in competitive companies as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or a capital company, does not participate in any competitive legal person as a member of its body. He is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
