Answear.com opens its first concept store

Answear.com, a leading e-commerce platform offering fashion and design in the CEE region, is opening its exclusive concept store in the prestigious Norblin Factory in Warsaw. Spanning 2000 square meters, customers will not only find the best collections from premium brands but also modern and intelligent VIP fitting rooms, a café, a tailor shop, and a pickup point for online order collection and returns. With this new space, Answear.com continues to strengthen its position in the premium fashion segment.

- Answear Concept Store is more than a store. It is a unique space where shopping becomes an unforgettable experience. In line with our customer-centric philosophy, we aim to take proper care of our customers in this new space. We will offer not only curated collections from global fashion brands but also a unique atmosphere, the highest level of shopping comfort, and opportunities for relaxation, entertainment, and inspiration – says Krzysztof Bajołek, CEO of Answear.com.

In the 2000-square-meter concept store, customers will find a versatile and diverse range of brands such as Victoria Beckham, Tory Burch, Rotate, Custommade, Elisabetta Franchi, Liu Jo, Pinko, MICHAEL Michael Kors, Iro, Diesel, AllSaints, Vanda Novak, Coach, Swarovski, and Furla, as well as adidas, Calvin Klein, Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, and Polo Ralph Lauren. The assortment includes men's, women's, and children's collections. The home section will also feature home & lifestyle brands.

The location stands out with its design, featuring custom furniture designed for the concept store, wooden floors, and impressive storefronts. In addition to the carefully curated selection of premium brands, customers can benefit from a tailor shop for personalized adjustments and a café surrounded by a plant-filled conservatory.

Innovative technological solutions will enhance the shopping experience, including spacious, intelligent fitting rooms that allow quick selection of sizes or colors without leaving the fitting room. Additionally, for the first time globally, ultramodern Elo Touch POS systems with dual screens for the seller and customer will be used, making shopping interactive and transparent.

- I am confident that our new space will showcase the full uniqueness of who we are, introducing top-level collaborations with brands, especially those that still strongly rely on physical store presence, giving customers the opportunity to see their exclusive, high-quality products in person – komentuje Marta Sawicka, Brand Marketing Director at Answear.com.

For fashion brands, especially luxury and globally renowned ones, physical presence and direct interaction with customers are crucial to fully present their high-quality products and be closer to their clientele. Therefore, launching retail stores is a natural decision for the Company, which focuses on premiumizing its offering.

Given the Company's large scale in e-commerce, the share of brick-and-mortar sales in total revenue will not be significant, but the company expects to gain image benefits and build closer relationships with both suppliers and consumers.
