(hereinafter also referred to as the "Company") inform that on 9 July 2021 the voting of the Supervisory Board of the Company has been completed and Supervisory Board decided to appoint BDO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa, seated in Warsaw, for an auditor of financial statements of the Company for the the period of 12 months ended 31st of December 2021 and 31st of December 2022 as well as the Company's half-year financial statements for the period of six-months ended 30th of June 2021 and 30th of June 2022.
