Krzysztof Bajołek
Holds over 30 years of experience in the clothing industry. Founder and long-term president of the Artman company. Creator of the House and Mohito brands, which were sold to LPP in 2008 for almost PLN 400 million. Was a member of the supervisory board of Gino Rossi, Simple Creative Products and Bytom, among others. Founder of the Medicine brand, which was created on the basis of the bankrupt Reporter chain.
A graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Geodesy of the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Cracow. He has taken part in numerous courses and trainings in the field of management and managerial competences, among others at Harvard Business School, Wearco Sp. z o.o. Management Academy and House of Skills.

Vice President of Finance
Jacek Dziaduś
He has more than 20 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting and group financial management. He gained his professional experience at Nowy Styl, where he served as a finance and accounting consultant and director of the controlling and accounting department, and at KPMG working in the audit department. To date, he has held the position of CFO Answear.com, where he is responsible for overseeing the company's finances, accounting and controlling, as well as investor relations
He graduated from the Cracow University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. He holds the title of Certified Auditor ora European Master of Business Sciences at Ecole Superieure de Commerce (Le Havre, France).
In Answear he is responsible for supervision of financial area and investor relations.

Magdalena Dąbrowska
A graduate of the University of of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and postgraduate studies in management at the University of Rennes and the Poznań University of Economics and Business.
Holds many years of experience in management. She was, among others: Product Manager for Orsay brand in the CEE region, Board Advisor for House brand collection, and for nearly 7 years Member of the Board in OTCF, where she was responsible for brand development: 4F and Outhorn.
In Answear, she is responsible for purchasing, sales, customer service and photo studio departments.

Bogusław Kwiatkowski
A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, major in Corporate Finance.
Holds over 20 years of experience in running and managing IT processes and projects, as well as reorganizing companies. During his career he held the positions of Project Manager and Director of ERP Department in ComArch SA; Project Manager and Manager of Implementation Department in Artman SA and LPP SA where he was responsible for the system integration project after the merger of both Companies.
In Answear.com SA, since the beginning of the company's existence, he has been responsible for operational matters, including supervision over the area of IT, Logistics, Administration and Human Resources and Payroll. At the same time, he performs advisory functions for the IT area in BrandBQ Sp. z o.o. (Medicine)

Wojciech Chabasiewicz
Wojciech Chabasiewicz is a legal advisor specializing in capital market law, securities law, and company law. He has extensive experience in stock and bond issues, conducted both on public and private markets. He participates in mergers and acquisitions, and company divisions and transformations. He advises on restructuring and bankruptcy processes and handles proceedings related to corporate conflicts.
He received his education at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow - Faculty of Law and Administration and the Krakow Bar Association, where he was admitted to the list of legal advisors in 2004. He is a co-founder and, since 2010, managing partner at CK LEGAL Chabasiewicz Kowalska i Wspólnicy S.K.A.
From 2016 to 2021, he was a judge at the Arbitration Court at the National Depository for Securities S.A. He currently practices law at CK LEGAL Chabasiewicz Kowalska i Wspólnicy SKA, is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Selvita S.A. (since 2010) and Apius Technologies S.A., where he has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2021.

Arkadiusz Bajołek
Arkadiusz Bajołek has extensive experience in managing, leading, and supervising business entities. He was one of the co-founders and founders of companies such as Artman S.A., BrandBQ sp. z o.o., and Wearco sp. z o.o. He gained his professional experience from 1999 to 2002 as Vice President of the Management Board at Metalzbyt sp. z o.o., from 1999 to 2004 as a Member of the Management Board at Artman sp. z o.o., and from 2004 to 2008 as Vice President of the Management Board at Artman S.A. Since 2010, he has served as Vice President of the Management Board at BrandBQ sp. z o.o. (owner of the Medicine. Everyday Therapy brand). He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board since July 2017.
Currently, Mr. Arkadiusz Bajołek is employed at BrandBQ sp. z o.o. as Vice President of the Management Board. The company and BrandBQ collaborate in operating the BrandBQ sp. z o.o. online store www.wearmedicine and selling BrandBQ sp. z o.o. products in the company's online stores. BrandBQ sp. z o.o. sells clothing, footwear, and accessories through a network of retail stores under the Medicine. Everyday Therapy brand and online stores at www.wearmedicine.

Paweł Borys
Paweł Borys received his education at the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking. He is a manager with 24 years of professional experience in Polish and international financial institutions. He has worked at Erste Bank, Deutsche Bank, AKJ Investment TFI, PKO Bank Polski, and PFR. He specializes in investments, strategy development, financial services, new technologies, and reorganizations and integrations.
He has managed public market funds, executed strategic M&A and private equity investments worth over 20 billion PLN. He has extensive corporate experience in organizational management and has been a member of over 20 supervisory boards, including three banks and two TFI. Mr. Paweł Borys has led or participated in projects such as the transformation of PKO Bank Polski, the restructuring and new strategy for Kredobank in Ukraine, the creation of a joint venture between eService and EVO Payments International, the establishment of BLIK, the formation of PFR Group and the transformation of Polish development institutions, the creation of the Employee Capital Plans program, the implementation of the PFR Financial Shield during the pandemic, the development of the largest PE/VC investment platform in the region at PFR Ventures, the establishment of the National Cloud in partnership with Google and Microsoft, and the Central Technology House.
Currently, he serves as President of the Management Board of MCI Capital TFI S.A., Vice President of the Management Board of MCI Capital ASI S.A., and Chairman of the Council of the Polish Economic Institute, which is not a competitive activity towards the Company.

Mateusz Gzyl
Mateusz Gzyl holds a master's degree from the University of Economics in Krakow, obtained in 2004. In 2007, he earned the professional title of certified auditor. Since 2011, he has been a member of the British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has over five years of experience in auditing, gained primarily in Big Four firms. He previously worked at Ernst & Young Audit sp. z o.o., Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o., AmRest Sp. z o.o., and within the structures of the Company, where from 2017 to 2020, he served as Chief Financial Officer.
From 2020 to 2021, he worked as Chief Financial Officer at Summa Linguae S.A., and from 2021 to 2022, as Chief Financial Officer and a board member at CSG S.A. Currently, he serves as a board member responsible for finance at Morele Group sp. z o.o. and Morele-Net sp. z o.o. and 4S Trade sp. z o.o.
