Reporting breaches (whistleblowing)
In our activities, we are guided by high standards resulting in particular from legislation. Reporting breaches allows us to gain knowledge of the problem, manage it and reduce the risk of breaches recurring in the future.
Answear.com S.A. has implemented a whistleblowing procedure that defines the rules for reporting violations, verifying them, taking corrective action and protecting the whistleblower from retaliation.

All persons involved in the process of receiving and processing reports have been authorised by the Company's Board of Directors and are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the information obtained.
Please find below the reporting channels via which you can report a breach from the catalogue indicated in our procedure:
- an internet platform: answear.whistlelink.com,
- a face-to-face meeting with a member of the Company's designated employee, which will be organised upon request made by the reporting person using the aforementioned channel. The meeting will be held at the Company's premises or online within 14 days of receipt of the above request.
