The Management Board of Answear.com SA with its registered office in Kraków (KRS: 0000816066) ("Company") hereby informs that on May 22, 2023 the Company received a notification of the resignation of Mr. Krzysztof Konopiński from the position of the President of Supervisory Board, effective from June 30, 2023
The reason for the resignation is a potential conflict of interest in relation to activitied undertaken by the private equity fund established by Mr. Krzysztof Konopiński.
