Conclusion of an agreement for the sale and lease of a rack mezzanine

The Management Board of Answear.com SA (hereinafter referred to as"Company") informs that on March 29, 2022, the Company concluded with MLeasing Sp. z o.o. the following agreements:

- a contract for the sale of a rack mezzanine used in the Company's central warehouse in Kokotów, for the selling price of PLN 7,537,200.58 + 23% VAT, which gives a total gross amount of PLN 9,270,756.71. On the basis of the concluded agreement, the Company will receive 90% of the total amount due within 14 days from the date of issuing the sales invoice, while the remaining 10% will be deducted by the buyer as the initial payment for the lease agreement.

- a lease agreement for the above-mentioned rack mezzanine with a lease period of 84 months.

The lease agreement is secured with a blank promissory note accompanied with a promissory note declaration.
