Conclusion of an annex to the lease agreement for warehouse space in Kokotow

Title: The Management Board of Answear.com SA (hereinafter referred to as: "the Company") informs that on April 13, 2022, the Company received the Annex No. 5 to the lease agreement for the area of the Company's central warehouse, signed by the Company and 7R Logistic Kraków Kokotów Projekt 8 (hereinafter: the "Lessor"), under which: the lease period under the lease agreement has been extended by 8 years compared to the original agreement and will be 18 years from the date the warehouse is handed over to the tenant, that is from July 13, 2019; rental rates for the rental of warehouse space and office space along with the signing of the annex to the contract have not been changed. The terms of the contract do not differ from the standards adopted for this type of contract. Detailed provisions are subject to commercial confidentiality;? The company will maintain, during the lease period, the bank guarantee, in the equivalent to the sum of: 7.2 (seven and two tenths) monthly rent (plus VAT) and 7.2 (seven and two tenths) monthly advances for service charges (plus VAT); in connection with the extension of the rental period, the Company will provide security in the form of a declaration of submission to enforcement pursuant to Art. 777 par. 1 point 5) of the Code of Civil Procedure for the amount equal to the amount of the remaining rent and advances towards service charges for the rental period.
