Shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Answear.com S.A. on 8th June 2022

Management Board of Answear.com SA (hereinafter: "the Company") informs that during the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on June 8, 2022, one shareholder with over 5% of the votes was present at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, namely Forum X Fund Inwestycyjny Zamknięty with its seat in Kraków, which is entitled to 10,302,000 votes on the basis of 10,302,000 shares held, which accounted for: 98.92% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and 59.39% of the total number of votes.
