The Management Board of Answear.com SA ("Company") informs that on 12^th of August, 2022 Company received from Mr. Adam Wójcikowski - Vice President of Management Board, Ms. Magdalena Dąbrowska - Member of Management Board, Mr. Bogusław Kwiatkowski - Member of Management Board for Operations, Mr. Wojciech Tomaszewski - Member of Management Board for Expansion and Sales on Foreign Markets and Mr. Jacek Dziaduś - Chief Financial Officer notifications on the purchase of the Company's shares under the Incentive scheme.

The purchase of shares relates to the year 2021 of incentive scheme.
