Registration of series E shares with the KDPW (conditional).

The Management Board of Answear.com S.A. ("the Company") announces that on 16th of August 2022, Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW") issued the statement on the registration of 154.905 (one hundred and fifty four thousand nine hundred and five) shares of the series E under ISIN code PLANSWR00019 ("Shares").

The registration is conditional on the introduction of the Shares to stock exchange trading. The registration will take place within 3 days of receipt by the KDPW of the decision to introduce the Shares to stock exchange trading._#160; The contents of the KDPW statement are attached as appendix to this report.
