Admission and introduction of Series E ordinary bearer shares to trading on the regulated market.

The Management Board of Answear.com S.A. ("the Company") informs that on 17 August 2022 the Company became aware of the adoption by the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. ("GPW") Resolution No. 776/2022 of 17 August 2022, pursuant to which 154.905 (one hundred and fifty-four thousand nine hundred and five) Series E ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0,05 (five groszy) each ("Series E Shares") were admitted to trading.

The introduction of the E Shares to trading on the GPW main market will take place on 19 August 2022.
